Lemon Sorbet Bread

  • 31 grams of Ascent Whey Lemon Sorbet
  • 38 grams of Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix
  • 1 gram Baking powder
  • 1 gram Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Xanthan Gum
  • 2 grams Red Star Active Dry Yeats
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 oz. La Croix Natural Lemon Flavored Sparkling Water
Instructions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add egg and 4 ounces of La Croix Lemon Flavored Water to dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until batter resembles a cake-like batter consistency.
  4. Cover mixture and let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
