build my endurance base, improve my gymnastics, lean out and work towards becoming more competitive.

This program has done so much more for me than improve my eating habits and how I fuel my body. I'm so much more aware of my body and mental states, what's going to empower me, what's going to hinder progress. Understanding and embracing limitations, growing past them where I can. But most of all, realizing the impact I have on those around me. Especially my mini me. She loves joining me for my progress photos, learning how to flex, and working out in the garage with me. She tells me how she wants to grow up to be strong too. She's watching me, and I want to show her that she can breathe fire.
