Sales Specialist
Job Description
Our sales position will be the go-to contact for potential WAG members. By building personal connections, this individual will help future members see what’s possible with WAG’s 1-on-1 nutrition coaching service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and naturally connect with people, communicate WAG’s mission, and provide a positive first impression to prospective members.
Responsibilities
- Identify, create, and nurture connections with potential WAG clients
- Answer questions regarding WAG’s coaching service via phone, email, and in person
- Sell WAG memberships over the phone and in person
- Maintain a deep understanding of WAG’s services, values, and target audience
- Understand potential clients’ goals, challenges, and hesitations, offering support and clarity on how WAG’s approach can address their needs
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, and/or nutrition and fitness
- Passionate about health and fitness
- A current or former member of WAG
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey WAG’s mission and value to potential members
- A creative thinker ready to take initiative
- Able to work independently
- Self-starter with a proactive, positive attitude and strong organizational skills
Compensation
This position is commission-only, providing uncapped earning potential based on successful sales performance. The more clients you bring on board, the higher your commission.
