Goal
To get under 15% body fat (regardless of overall weight), improve personal health through nutrition, encourage family and friends who have an unhealthy relationship with food, and have 6-pack abs at 40...not a beer gut.

I can't say enough positive things about this program! From the way Adee leads the company to the coaches to the encouraging members of the team, everyone has been fantastic!
Do you enjoy it/would you recommend it? I love this program and absolutely!!
I have an injury, would I still see results? I've had lower back problems (it's a chronic issue) from day one and I've managed to have outstanding results. If others have physical limitations this program can work for them too. During the 20 weeks I've been sidelined related to working out, physically and mentally, almost half of the time.
Can you eat carbs? YES! I love carbs and I can technically eat whatever I want AND I can still drink alcohol.
Do you just eat a lot of chicken? Yes I do but I also eat plenty of red meat, fish, and pork! Since starting the program I've never felt more creative in the kitchen! While there are some recipes that are go-to meals I also am trying new meals/food combos weekly. It's been a lot of fun!
Is it weird sending in half naked pics to your coach? It was a little weird at first but he has been 100% professional every time. I get the feeling all the coaches are this way and Adee wouldn't have it any other way!
How long are you on the program? Initially 3 months but right now I don't know when I will stop. I have too many goals to accomplish and I can't stop now!
How many calories do you eat a day and do you ever get hungry? While it's not technically tracked, it's around 2300 calories and I'm NEVER hungry. Some days all I feel I do is eat and I love it! Especially at night when I'm having that pre-bed "meal" to close out my macros for the day!
What's some of your overall stats? 21 lbs lost, 4" off my waist, starting body fat % was ~21%, current bf% I'm guessing is 12-14%. (I haven't checked it recently but was under my goal of 15% at the 90 day mark). :)
Do you get tired of counting and weighing your food? Sometimes, but I just go back to why I started and try to focus on that.
What's one thing you have learn about you didn't expect when you started? The mindfulness practice. This program has been so much more than just counting macros. One specific area I've learned about is the art of being present. Being present with my food, being present in whatever moment I find myself in. Just taking that time to enjoy where you are and taking the time to "smell the roses." During the rat race of life it's nice to slow down and just focus on your food and enjoy what your eating. :)
Overall how do you feel? I feel great! I walk a little taller, I'm more confident, I sleep well, I'm more focused, and I feel my life overall is in better order and headed in the right direction. :)
