This programmed has changed the way I approach my meals & how I approach life in general. I always thought that I was eating "healthy". Before WAG my portion sizes were double & triple what I actually needed & I didn't eat the right types of food. Now - with the help of my incredible coach Ashley, my nutrition is under control & I've gained a new respect for self-improvement.

I've begun to see food as fuel & really appreciate how the right foods make me feel! I've also prioritized my social health (hanging out with friends & starting new hobbies) and really focused on my mental health (mediation & journal writing!)
