A friend of ours was roughly 23 weeks into WAG when she shared her pictures with my wife. I took notice but didn't ask any questions.
My wife told me that she was wanting to do the program to lean out a little and gain muscle. We met with our friend and she told us about the program. My wife was instantly sold. Our friend had lost 23 pounds while raising 2 kids, has a husband, works full time as a nurse, and was going to school to become a nurse practitioner. She looked (still looks) amazing. I told her I would try it but was doing more for her. When I got my coach, Brad, I still wasn't completely sold until after my first check in. Brad's assessment of my numbers and pictures started to open my eyes to the program. He gave me real world expectations and supported me if I was down. By week 2-3, I was all in! As of right now, I am 13 weeks into the program and I am down 26 pounds.
One of the great things I love about the program is that you can have whatever you want as long as it fits into your macros. I mean anything!! Secondly, the coaching staff is here for you and your needs. They don't brow beat you if you have a bad couple days. Instead, they try to help you find out why you had the bad days. Last but not least, the program has taught me new food habits that I will be able to continue on after the program.
This program is for those that want to make a positive lifestyle change and not just a diet. If you are on the fence and are ready to make the change, DO IT! It will change your life for the best.
