The most important thing to me was the accountability of the program. The best diet is one that you are able to stick to. Hillary always encouraged me and more importantly called me out when I was slacking or using excuses. Of course I enjoyed the flexibility but it took a some trial and error for me to figure out what worked best for me with meal timing and sources of macros. Recommended it to everyone I know.

When I started WAG I was just getting over an SI joint issue that kept me really restricted in the gym.
