- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 57 g 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning or make your own
- 15 g light whipped cream cheese
- Sliced scallion, for garnish

Instructions
- The night before, combine oats, almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup and Everything but the Bagel spice in tupperware or mason jar, then
- Mix until well incorporated.
- Cover with an airtight lid and let sit overnight.
- In the morning, whisk in cream cheese and garnish with scallions and more Everything but the Bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
