  • 4g of Bob’s Red Mill Xanthan Gum
  • 120g of Unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla Almond Breeze
  • 30g of blueberries
  • 6g of Chocolate PB2
  • 1/2c of ice
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 120g of Carbmaster Nonfat Milk Beverage Vanilla/Chocolate (optional)
  • Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 80-calorie Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine ice, xanthan gum, protein powder, milk and cinnamon into a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Add PB2 and blueberries on top.
