- 60 g nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 15 g whole grain mustard
- 8 g real maple syrup
- Small squeeze of lemon
A little yogurt, a spoonful of mustard, a drizzle of maple syrup and a squeeze of lemon is all it takes to whip up this flavor-packed maple mustard sauce. Use it as a dressing for salads, a dip for carrots and peppers or a sauce for protein and grain bowls.
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, mustard, maple syrup and squeeze of lemon in a small bowl until combined.
Aaaaand you're done. For a thinner dressing, add a bit more lemon juice. The sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
