Adding egg whites to your oatmeal... have you tried it? Protein + fluff!
Note: macros listed are for oatmeal made with whole milk do not include toppings. Adjust as needed!
Instructions
- Add the oats, milk and salt to a saucepan and cook over low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in egg whites until fluffy.
- Add in any additional toppings! My favorites are blueberries, coconut flakes, granola and honey.
