  • 4oz liquid egg whites
  • 4oz milk of choice
  • 40g dates
  • 30g cashews
  • 30g spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 20g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 8g cacao nibs or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add the egg whites, milk, dates, cashews, spinach and peppermint extract to a blender and blend on high to incorporate for about 30-60 seconds.
  2. Add in ~1 cup of ice and blend again. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice.
  3. Add whey protein and chocolate chips and blend on low to incorporate.
