These simple, no-bake, ultra-customizable bites are the perfect snack to keep on hand throughout the week for when you need a little energy. 3 grams of fiber from ground flax and chia seeds plus 6 grams of fat (per bite!) will keep you satisfied until your next meal.
Make them your own by adding chopped nuts, shredded coconut, raisins, cocoa powder, or anything you can find in your pantry! Swap the maple syrup for honey, agave or blended dates if you have a preference, or try adding some whey powder if you need a few extra grams of protein. The options are endless.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. A stand mixer works well, but not required.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll mixture into 25 energy bites, weighing ~25 grams each.
- Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
