- 125g Zucchini
- 10g Egg Whites
- 20g Almond Milk
- 10g Bread Crumbs
- 20g 100% Parmesan Cheese
- Seasoning to taste

French fries. People love them, but the high fat and carb content aren’t always an option when striving to reach our goals. Baked zucchini fries are a great substitute to traditional fries and can be dipped in your favourite condiments or sugar free ketchup! Makes 8-10 ‘fries’. 1 Fiber
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Slice zucchini into even sticks, about ½ inch think
- Mix egg whites with almond milk
- Mix bread crumbs with parmesan cheese and seasoning to taste
- Dip zucchini sticks in egg mixture followed by the bread crumb mixture to coat
- Place coated zucchini on baking sheet
- Cook for 20-25 or until golden, flipping half way through
