Goal

When I joined WAG, I was focused on losing body fat, gaining muscle and improving my mental game when it came to food, the scale and how I approached things in the gym.

Testimonial

I don't even know if I have enough words to talk about how much I love being apart of WAG. Let's just talk about the amount of people I've told about how much I love having a personal nutrition coach, how much I love having a nutrition plan that's geared for me, how much I love having an online community that I can reach out to with problems or successes, how much Josh has become not only nutrition coach but life coach whenever I need him and how much I LOOVVEE macro counting and having the ability to be flexible with how and what I eat! So many people have asked what I'm doing and I'm always SO excited and SO proud to talk about WAG and how the program is doing amazing things for so many people. Yes I've lost weight - I've lost fat but I've gained muscle. I've PR'd/gone up at least 20lb in all my lifts, gotten toes to bar, kipping pull ups AANNDD my first strict pull up! I've not only gained muscle, but I've gained confidence in myself (as you can tell by the amount of pictures I've attached) and I've gained confidence in my performance and capabilities in the gym. During my year on WAG, I signed up and competed in not just one Crossfit competition but THREE. I'm hoping in my second year of WAG I can sign up for my first individual competition! WAG has seen me through changing jobs twice, getting engaged (to a fellow WAG-er), travelling for bachelorettes, weddings, funerals and pretty much every other crazy life event that can happen. It's been a constant source of support and appreciation and I honestly am just so SO glad that I signed up and have been able to share my success with everyone and ANYONE that asks.

#TeamWAG for life!
