Goal

My original goals were to be a better at gymnastic movements within CrossFit (pull-ups, muscle ups, handstand pushups, etc.) and to lose some weight off my hips. I also told my coach, that MAYBE abs would be a goal (I wasn't sure if I was genetically capable of them).

Testimonial

WAG has been more than a nutrition program to me. It has helped me establish a healthy relationship with food for the first time in my life.

Influenced by the media and magazine covers from a young age, I struggled with eating disorders throughout my life. Even as a collegiate swimmer, my relationship with food was up and down. I was nervous to start counting macros, afraid it would drag me back to a dark place. I could not have been more wrong. Since starting WAG my physical transformations have been more than I ever expected possible. I have lost 22 lbs, 6 inches off my chest, 10 inches off my waist and 6 inches off my hips. Additionally, I have reached my goal of becoming better at gymnastics movements within CrossFit. I recently got my first bar muscle up and my pull-up volume has gone up 3 fold. I also have accomplished strict handstand push-ups and surprisingly a body weight snatch! But for me, my greatest accomplishment has been my new relationship with food. I no longer try to stay away from carbs or fear looking in the mirror. Through working with my coach I have learned what I need to eat to fuel my body and accomplish my goals. I have been an athlete my whole life, but at 29 and with the help of WAG I am in the best shape of my life. It's the best money I've ever spent. My only regret is not starting sooner.
