Goal
My goal when I joined WAG was to be able to lose weight and keep it off, and finding a healthier relationship with food. I lost nearly 10 pounds and have maintained it.

WAG has been Amazing.
I could not recommend this program more. Working with a coach 1:1 has been super helpful. Your coach is there to tailor your macro’s for you by looking at things other than your weight. I find that when you try to change your own macros its usually based on weight. Having an outsider’s perspective helps you see things differently. They notice where you are making progress, and they help you where you fall short. The thing WAG has taught me the most is consistency and balance over perfection. There are very few people in this world who can maintain a perfect diet all the time. Those are who we call unicorns. The rest of us are just out here trying to make it through life while maintaining all aspects of our lives, including our diets. Sure, having shredded abs would be nice, but have you heard of ice cream? I’ve learned its okay to say yes to the foods you enjoy, in moderation. Those choices, when made appropriately, do not change your long term outcomes. And the best part is, you’ve got a coach who has your back to help you see these things. They see changes in your body you don’t notice. They tailor your macros to things like your stress levels, your current exercise regimen. The last year for most of us has been a Whirlwind to say the least, and mine has been no different - I’ve moved across the country, started a very rigorous Nurse Anesthesia program. The one constant in my life over the last year has been WAG.
