Goal

In short my goals were to build muscle and burn fat. Really, I wanted to understand what and how much I should be eating in a day. I’d used MyFitnessPal in the past but coupling the app with my coach was a complete game changer.

At this point, I’m about 2 pounds lighter than when I started wag but the photos from where I started versus now is what really tells the story. It’s hard to think I’m virtually the same weight when I look at before and current photos of myself. It’s actually perfect for me because I used to obsess over what the scale said. This process has taught me so much.
