Goal
My goal was to lose weight. I lost almost 20 pounds and finally looked like an athlCrossFitssfit competitor). I was a member for 15 months. The only reason I left was that I decided to do a figure show. This was way out of my comfort zone and posed a NEW challenge.

This was one of the best decisions I made regarding my diet and food intake. My weight has always gone up and down and even though I was doing CrossFit 5-6 days a week (for the last 7 years and own my own affiliate) the scale was moving up and I was getting uncomfortable in my own skin. I was tired of trying to figure out what to do myself and worried that I really didn't know what I was doing anyway. It took me a long time to inquire about it and sign up. I was very hesitant because it was "costly" and I did not want to take photos of myself and send them to someone. In looking at the website and FB posts I finally decided to do it, and it was worth EVERY penny. You guys did a great job with matching me up with my coach. She was a great fit for me. I let go of what I thought I was supposed to be "doing" & "eating" and let my coach do all the work and I could not be happier with my results.
In January, I started something a little more rigid (to get ready for the show in March). This was not with a WAG coach but without committing to WAG and the process I don't think I could have ever followed through with the structure of prepping for a show.
