"Liz came to WAG to work on fat loss and improve her health. Her goals also came with the caveat that she didn’t want to lose her strength in weightlifting. I’m happy to say in our time together we accomplished both! Liz is lifting more than she ever has at this lighter bodyweight. She also gained a good deal of muscle mass in the process (check out those strong legs!!).

Something I love about Liz is she is always very straightforward in her check ins, and she followed my guidance no matter what crazy thing I threw her way. I know she wasn’t super keen on adding in Zone 2 cardio (the most boring thing ever) but she did it to help supplement her fat loss without conflicting with her weightlifting regimen. Adding in cardio can be tricky and interfere with strength gains if you aren’t careful with it.
