I have nothing but excellent things to say about WAG and my coach, Hillary Rizor. I started out skeptical and am now so grateful for the program. Hillary has been such an encouraging coach who is knowledgeable, honest and just an all-around bad ass.
I started the program and was immediately thrown out of my comfort zone. I didn't like having to step on the scale every day, it was hard tracking my food intake and knowing the right portions of the right foods to eat and sending weekly photos to my coach was just the icing on the cake of discomfort.
During my first 12 weeks I was able to shake some of my bad habits such as binge eating and I was able to gain control over my obsession with sweets. I struggled here and there and definitely had a few hiccups but then things eventually started to click and I was noticing major changes in my moods and my body composition. I felt more human than I had felt in a really long time. I had incredible amounts of energy, I was dropping weight and getting lean but hitting more PRs in the gym - I started to become more confident and a happier person overall.
Now, at week 21 I am so happy I stuck with the program and am thrilled with my results to date. The keys to being successful in this program are to be truthful with your coach and with yourself and maintain focus on your ‘why’.
