I signed up for the WAG program in April of 2020 for accountability and nutrition guidance. I was 6 weeks postpartum and had not felt like myself in quite some time. I had to use IVF to get pregnant, so lots of fun hormones! I wanted to get back to training, but I knew I needed the extra accountability to really make progress. I’ve counted macros in the past with a computerized adjustment program based on my body weight, but WAG provides something way more valuable: a real human coach!
My coach has been an invaluable resource during my journey. She can relate to all of the ups and downs of the process because she’s been in my shoes. Amy supported my nutrition decisions, answered all of my questions and gave me personalized feedback on how to achieve my nutrition and fitness goals.
Overall, I think the WAG program is an excellent tool to help you succeed on your nutrition journey. Trust your coach, the process and put in the hard work. It’s worth it!
