"I started working with Mel in February of this year. She did WAG in 2017, saw a lot of success, and maintained her progress for years. An injury last year threw her off her game; she stopped working out, her eating habits changed, and she gained some weight.

When she rejoined earlier this year, she wanted to drop that weight and get back to crushing it in the gym. She’s done all that and more! Mel is a superstar client! She’s got a lot on her plate, but she prioritizes her workouts, sleep, hydration, and nutrition…she nails her macros when she is home and does a phenomenal job navigating nutrition while away. And she travels a fair amount! She’s a lawyer by trade; oftentimes, she’s traveling for work. She’s got it DOWN, though – packing a cooler, utilizing the hotel amenities, researching the area around where she will be staying (grocery stores and restaurants), passing on alcohol during work dinners, etc. She doesn’t skip a beat!

In one of her recent check-ins, Mel said, “I truly feel so good. This week, I had a couple of great workouts - I’ve noticed my endurance level is improving…I continue to feel more and more comfortable in my own skin with the way my clothes fit, and I am able to see some noticeable differences in my body. For the first time in a while, I’m starting to see some definition again!”
