I have tried many different ways to help with my nutrition and body weight goals. palo, zone intermitting fasting to name a few and yes they all had some what of a positive effect but none have been as effective and i may say as easy as working with WAG especially as i am eating for the performance side i have to insure i am feeling fuelled enough for my workouts but also getting enough calories to recover for the next session or day of training, the support has been fantastic and i probably haven’t used it to my full benefit if I’m honest my coach Alexia has been there to answer any questions that i have had and helped me build more confidence in my own eating habits, i now won’t stress out if i go over my macros one day instead i can relax and just know that i need to make sure i make a better effort and choices the next day, i also have a much better eye for measuring my foods when cooking or eating out with friends, over all i couldn’t recommend being apart of the WAG programme enough and can’t wait to see more progress in the future.
