I've lost 10.7lb. 1.5" in waist, and 1" in the hip. I decided to join TeamWAG to properly support/fuel my lifestyle. My History: I was a huge guy with unhealthy habits and one fine day I made a decision to change myself. So before joining WAG I have already lost about 90 pounds through healthy food habits and Crossfit. But the downside was I never had a proper nutrition plan and because of that I had too much loose muscle and fat in my body. I hit a plateau, couldn't lose belly fat, low in energy, low strength etc. So that triggered me to join TeamWAG, and I must say I am glad that I made that decision. I needed help understanding what I eat, how and how to make it enjoyable and sustainable. And thanks to Coach Ivette and WAG, that's exactly what I got. Perhaps Ivette's greatest asset is her ability to listen, assess, provide feedback and advice that's specific to your lifestyle and develop plausible suggestions on how to correct behavior that can have greatest impact. It is not about creating a diet, but about creating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Ivette is very intelligent, committed and above all very patient with me. More than a coach, she is like a friend who puts up with all my rants, complaints, insistences and makes sure that I don't deviate from my goal. I am blessed to have few inspiring personalities in my life and she is definitely one of them.
