We get a lot of inquiries from fellow gym members and friends about our 'secret' but there is no secret, it's just being consistent and not giving into the 'screw it' mentality.

My favorite part about WAG is having a coach (Kelsie) who can tweak my macros as she feels needed, hold me accountable every day and give me the structure I need. I also love the support of the Facebook group. The flexibility I have now helps me to not want to over-eat or binge eat. I’m able to fit in what I want on occasions.

This program has changed my life! I've always been active, but I struggled with my weight after having 2 children within 15 months in my 30's. I started CrossFit 3 years ago. Throughout the 3 years, I tried many different nutrition programs to accompany my work in the gym. I would always start out strong, but as soon as the weight on the scale quit moving, I would become frustrated and revert back to old eating habits. Or if the program required a significant cut in macros, I would find myself with no energ

I feel great! I walk a little taller, I'm more confident, I sleep well, I'm more focused, and I feel my life overall is in better order and headed in the right direction. :)

I love the consistency of working with WAGS and having Alexa hold me accountable. I approached WAGs 15 weeks ago after a shoulder surgery. I had big goals in mind for the 2017 season after finishing 42nd in the MidAtlantic during my first Open last year then finished 3rd in the Granite Games Qualifer however it was at this point i found my Labrum and Rotator Cuff needed surgery. I was nervous having my torn labrum and rotator cuff repaired because I thought it would greatly set me back since i would be lai

For any “masters” out there considering WAG, take the plunge. It’s not too late to make changes and improve yourself. You don’t have to be an elite athlete to be a part of this group. I do Crossfit 6 days a week, but I have to scale every workout. I was able to drop weight, yet still make progress in the gym. For me, the combination of WAG and Crossfit is my fountain of youth. At the age of 50, I feel like an athlete again and that means the world to me.

I’ve learnt so much from WAG from the blog posts, the coaching, and the Facebook group, but at the end of the day, changing old habits is a very challenging process and requires time, energy, money and effort. A LOT of EFFORT! But it’s completely worth it!

I learned so much in so many different areas, and it was really difficult and painful sometimes, I will not lie about it. Nothing comes from nothing. It's hard to realize that you are your own worst enemy. But with a "little" help (a big one actually!) I learned how to forgive myself, to be my best friend, to improve myself. Now, just now, I am able to enjoy my progresses with my body, my strength, my flexibility and endurance.

WAG brought this next-level cognizance into my life that I didn't know I needed, but am stoked to have found. The whole process of counting macros is SO much more than food and numbers. Through WAG I became ridiculously aware of what I was putting into my body, and the direct physical and mental product. What started out as a diet (meaning what and how much I was eating, not like a 'diet' diet) change turned into a whole-life overhaul. Along the way I DID get a strict pull-up, I can string together handstan

I love WAG. I never counted macros before and Alexa is absolutely outstanding. She is always there to check in on me and helps me tweak my macros on a weekly basis. She is tremendously knowledgably and always willing to help me with anything nutrition/life based.

Francesco led me through this process with facts, data and an uncanny ability to manage my hesitations and progress. Ask your coach a lot of questions about the why and how of their approach. Ask for reading suggestions, go back with more questions. The more you learn to understand the process, the better you will become at managing the changes that come after you jump off the WAG train.

Not only has WAG given me a structured nutrition program with an AMAZING COACH (Ashley!!), WAG has given me the ability to achieve results that I have been chasing my entire life. WAG has given me knowledge, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment that I didn't think was attainable for me. WAG has taught me that you don't have to be an Olympic/Elite athlete to be strong and lean with an amazing body. Anyone can do it! WAG has taught me the value of food and how to choose foods that will fueI my body n

So far, WAG has been exceptional. When I thought for the longest I couldn't lose weight or further lean out, I have lost ~7lbs to-date (currently @ 174lbs), however it has come with it's challenges and has been quite a roller-coaster ride with a busy schedule that requires travel and 3 young kids pulling you all directions.

With the guidance of my AMAZING coach (Kate!) and the entire WAG community, I have seen SO much positive growth both inside and outside of the gym.

The program has allowed me to learn more about myself physically and mentally. My journey continues and I am very excited about seeing how my progress evolves.
