Everything is in place for you to be successful you just have to do it. I think the mantra that people bring up on the Facebook group over and over again about consistency over perfection is so true. You don't have to be perfect every day, but you give it your best shot and stay consistent and you WILL see results.

I think WAG was probably one of the best things I could have done for myself. My coach has been awesome and very knowledgeable. The fact everyone is an athlete is awesome.
