I have lost 25 pounds to date. I am the strongest and leanest I have ever been in my life. I haven't been this weight since I was probably 15 years old. This is literally the only program that has ever worked for me. I have tried EVERYTHING (weight watchers, paleo, vegetarian...) and whenever I start a new diet, I would lose, at most, 10 pounds and would always gain that back and usually a little more. I have lost 25 pounds and am still getting stronger. I can't say enough good things about this way of

TeamWAG has definitely changed my life and the way I look at food, I honestly don't recognize myself, been so busy working hard and tracking and planning I never really stopped to look and see what has happened. Total sneaky transformation my goal originally was to drop a few pounds (10 I believe), and sit at a comfortable 58k for my weight clas

I am a CrossFitter turned Olympic Weightlifter and got started almost four years ago after moving to San Francisco. In early 2012, I suffered a herniated disc from doing a bad deadlift, and ultimately had back surgery to fix it in late 2012.

List 25lbs/11kg (I was 80kg, now 69). The program is a highly effective, habit-based and methodical approach to weight management. The support of Adee (and now Hayden) has kept me on track and accountable, and your fellow WAGers in the Facebook group are always on hand to shoot questions to too. I think the problem with attempting a significant body composition shift alone is that the second things plateau or start moving backward, you question your actions and the steps you've taken, and when you're tired

This program has changed my life. I went into it thinking I might lose a bit of weight (I'm not into crossfit or heavy exercise but I'm fairly active) so my goal was (what I had thought a bit ambitious) to be my college weight again (135).

I currently weigh 138lbs, I've lost 9lbs, and have gotten down to 13.4% body fat with a lean mass of 119lbs. When I first heard about WAG, I'll admit, I was a little skeptical that I could diet in a way that wasn't overly restrictive in my food choices. Coming from the roller-coaster that paleo had me on (strict, cheat, binge, repeat) WAG was a very liberating experience! I still continue to keep lots of "paleo" things in my life, but don't have to feel bad about myself for wanting (and working in) pizza!

Started around 180 pounds and now weigh 169 with no loss in strength or performance. Actually have increased every single lift and improved my Crossfit performance tremendously. I have won a competition, weightlifting meet as well as senior class Sinclair total. The whole time I've been enjoying all foods whether it be pancakes preworkout or cereal with pop tarts post workout, I eat it all!! I love this program and it has helped me learn so much about my body and fueling it! I have a nutritional background

I feel great, I am stronger and my recovery rate feels like it’s at an all time high. I learned about food quality and how to lose weight in a smart way. Thank you to WAG for helping me reach my goal of being in the 62kg class!

Went from 63.9 to 56.6 (7.3 kg; 16 lbs.) My journey with Team WAG has been exceptional. Like any journey you take there were plenty of moments where I wanted to throw in the towel but knowing that if I dropped the ball I would have to be accountable not only to myself but also to my coach, Francesco. Every week he offered encouragement, celebrated my successes and kept me moving forward. He gave me the guidance and tools necessary to not only achieve my goals but hit them out of the park. I never thought th

When I joined I was at the point where I was so frustrated with my body because I couldn't understand why my body didn't reflect the work I was putting in at the gym or the healthy food choices that I made. So I decided to join WAG. With the help of WAG I have lost 24 pounds and dropped 3 weight classes while getting stronger!!! However my results go much deeper than that, with the help of Adee, I learned to view food as FOOD! There is no "bad" food but instead "oversize" portions! I no longer obsess over

WAG works. Period. I have never had success of any tangible kind with other nutritional plans. Gave WAG a shot and BOOM. 20lbs in 12 weeks. Strength either up or remaining on track. Staying as strong or stronger with 20lbs less on your frame COMPLETELY changes your bodyweight movements. I'm now doing 10-15 muscle ups in a WOD, whereas before I could muster 2-3 on a good day. Outside the gym my energy and mood is very good. All the carbs in the plan sure do help with energy! The program takes lots of discipl

The day I weighed in for the questionnaire was 198lbs and the day I started the program I was 195lbs. 16 weeks later I am now 168.8lbs! My waist size went from a 34 to a 31 while my T shirts all fit the same if not tighter! In the last 16 weeks I've PR'd pretty much every lift more than once. Went from struggling to do 3 muscle ups to doing 10 unbroken. And workouts that used to crush me(pull ups/running) are now some of my favorite. The coaching has been great, super supportive, informative and sets you up

Lost 16 lbs - there has been no strength loss with the decrease in weight. Absolutely love the program. Having been close to 240 pounds during my mid-college years 2007-2010, I could never have imagine I would be able to look the way I do today. Have been an avid crossfitter from close to 4 years, with some time off during those years, and have never performed better than I am today. Prior to joining TeamWag, I tried paleo and was successful in dropping weight, however, never saw any real body composition c

I am a post menopausal woman that up till a few years ago had few problems with weight. Once I started menopause though my weight started to spiral out of control. I tried going back to what I knew (eating healthy and reducing fat intake) after several failed attempts at utilizing Paleo as a method of dieting. This didn't work either and I became discouraged. The more discouraged I became the less I cared about what I ate and the weight went up and up. At Christmas I weighed in at the heaviest I had e
