The program has been great. I love how the coach sets your macro's in Seismic and it integrates with MyFitnessPal. The rolling average that it keeps for weight loss/gain has also been incredibly helpful in keeping you sane on the days when water weight throws a curveball on the scale. The help my coach has provided, from suggestions on how to weigh foods and avoid the trap of labels and measurements, as well as food suggestions on how to fill up with things like cauliflower rice has been mind-blowing!
