We are so proud of the accomplishments many of our members in our #teamWAG community made during the CrossFit Open.
‘If your goals don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough’. It’s important to push yourself and to believe that you can achieve anything that you put your mind to, but long-term ‘dream big’ goals can lead to feeling overwhelmed or lost along the way.
Learning new skills and getting them locked in takes time and repetition, right? You have to build habits and ways of working.
It’s natural to go through days or even weeks when motivation is low. Lack of motivation doesn’t mean you’re chasing the wrong goals, it just means other life forces are coming into play that make motivation a bit harder to conjure up.
“What is your New Year’s Resolution?” This is a question you are probably hearing a lot right about now. With the end of one more year, we look forward to another 365 days full of hopeful possibilities and positive changes.
Can you believe it’s already been a month since the 2017 CrossFit Games finished? WAG HQ has definitely been taking some time to rest and recoup after many months of working diligently with all of our members throughout the Open, Regionals and the Games.
Pursuing any goal usually begins with a burst of motivation — the excitement to start something new and achieve something amazing.
It requires dedication, will power and action and is the key to building long-lasting, sustainable habits. It is a recommitment to our goals each and every day.
Finding a suitable training partner to have in your corner each and every day is a great way to inject some additional drive and enthusiasm in your workout.
