  • 1 English Muffin
  • 100g ground chicken
  • 125g of egg whites
  • 30g zucchini
  • 10g goats cheese

Today we are going to combine the soft, mild and creamy taste of goat's cheese with a delicious chicken patty to create a burger that is great to be eaten now or on the run. *You can add absolutely anything to this recipe. Portabello mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon etc are great additions.

Instructions

  1. Add ground chicken, egg white and zucchini to bowl and mix together to create a patty
  2. Heat pan and cook through
  3. Toast english muffin (if desired)
  4. Add cheese to top of patty and serve on muffin
  5. Enjoy!
