- 125g of egg whites
- 5g ½ fat mayo
- 50g (two slices) of bread of choice
- Splash of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Creamy and comforting - today we create magic in simplicity with this quick and easy egg and mayo sandwich.
Instructions
- Place egg whites in microwave safe dish and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring often. Remove eggs when still slightly moist.
- Add in mayo, salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
- On toasted bread, place mixture and enjoy!
A sprinkle of low-fat cheese to this dish is a great addition.
