Q: Why did you decide to join Team WAG?
A: I had hit a plateau with my nutrition and my husband suggested we give it a shot for 3 months. I thought what do I have to lose and it was great to do together.
Q: Was there anything about the program that surprised you?
A: No, very simple and easy to understand.

Q: How have you managed to stay on track while balancing all of your work and social commitments?
A: I set alarms and timers to remind myself to eat or prevent myself from eating too soon. I also pre-log a post-workout so that it doesn't "eat" up too much early in the day leaving me hungry at night.
Q: How has your performance in the gym been affected by tracking, if at all?

A: I was with WAG from January 2016-April 2016 and during that time began seeing a considerable change in my performance for the better. From energy, to lifting PR's and stamina on longer efforts.
Q: What has been the biggest change you've made in your lifestyle and/or approach to food since joining?
A:Pulling my phone out before I eat anything. But more seriously, having controlled cheat foods. I used to not control cheat meals as it was a cheat. That would lead to excessive bingeing, I now have a reasonable control of cheats, plan ahead and even don't crave them as much. This has greatly improved my relationship with food.

Q: What advice do you have for other people considering hiring a nutrition coach?
A: It is well worth it. You have to be prepared to do the work and make the commitment and your coach will guide you along the way. Patience... it takes time but not as much time as letting another year go by.
