- 100g turkey sausage
- 55g Refried Beans
- 25 g of Rye Bread
- 15g Mozzarella Cheese
- 190g of Scrambled Egg Whites
- Hot Sauce to taste
Go big or go home… today we’re going to create our own macro friendly big breakfast which is loaded with fiber and protein all on very little fat. *½ fat Mayo on the toast is a really good additional to this meal.
Instructions
- Cook turkey sausage in pan
- Add egg whites and continue cooking
- Add refried beans and cheese
- Serve on toast and add hot sauce to taste if desired
