- 32 g salted caramel protein powder
- 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
- 40 g frozen cauliflower
- 5 g cocoa powder
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Handful of ice

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with optional whipped cream & cacao nibs for an extra fancy treat (just don’t forget to adjust your macros!)
